Intro to Conflict Transformation
This one-day program provides participants with an introduction to key concepts and tools for understanding and managing conflict including:
- What happens to people in conflict
- Key responses to assist people moving out of conflict
- Workshop activities providing introductory skill development
A highly interactive program, the Transforming Conflict workshop introduces the theory of conflict management and gives participants the opportunity to learn and practice open, honest and empathic conflict resolution skills.
Participants are encouraged to bring and use their own stories and experiences to increase the relevance of the training.

Transforming Conflict
This interactive workshop focuses on the quality of interactions and strengthens participant's capacity to manage difficult discussions, strong emotions and gain clarity about the issues people are facing in order to better assist them to deal with conflict.
Participants can expect to change the quality of conflict in a broad variety of environments by learning how to have open, honest and empathic conversations, resolve points of difference and move forward.
Delivered in modules, you have the freedom to choose from 1-4 day workshops. Each program will introduce you to key concepts and tools for understanding and managing conflict including:
